A budget app for your phone and your computer that shows one number: what you can spend until your next payday. It works it out from your balance, the bills due before payday and the savings you set aside, and it keeps your data on your device.

What it does
- Home
- What is safe to spend until payday and what that comes to per day, with each line of the sum underneath. When bills come to more than you have, it says "Short by" an amount, with the reason; when the next pay period will run short, it says so before it starts.
- Add spending
- Type the amount, tap Save. The category you used last is already chosen, a large keypad keeps everything in view on a phone, and Undo appears right after.
- Paydays
- Every upcoming payday with its pay, the bills it has to cover, its share of your savings and what is left. A payday can move or have its own amount.
- Debt payoff
- Up to 10 debts by snowball, avalanche or your own order, with your debt-free month, the interest, and what you save compared with paying minimums only.
- Savings goals
- A target and a date for each goal; every payday sets aside an equal share, and that share comes out of what is safe to spend.
- Month
- Money in, spending, savings and debt payments for any month, each category against its plan.
- Backup and CSV
- One backup file you can restore on any device, and a CSV in the column order of the spreadsheet's Transactions tab.

How it works
Open your private link once with an internet connection and add the app to your Home Screen. From then on it opens like any other app and works with no connection. Setup asks five things: your currency, how often you are paid, your next payday and usual pay, your bills, and today's balance.
Each bill counts in the pay period that holds its due date, and a bill due on the 29th, 30th or 31st falls on the last day of a shorter month. After three days or more away, a card offers to type today's balance; there are no streaks and no daily reminders.
Your data stays on your device. The app sends nothing anywhere: its security policy blocks every outside connection, so the browser enforces it.

What it does not do
- It does not connect to your bank: you type your balance and your spending, or import a CSV file.
- It does not sync between devices: a backup file moves your data from one to another.
- It is a planning tool, not financial advice. Interest is estimated each month from the APR, so your lender's statements can differ from its figures.
Questions
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. The demo is the full app with sample data. Changes in it last until you close the tab.
Does it work on an iPhone?
Open your link in Safari, then Share, then Add to Home Screen, with Open as Web App turned on. The guide in your download shows each tap. It was tested in Safari's engine on a computer, not yet on an iPhone; if anything does not work, write to me and I fix it or refund you.
Can I use it on my phone and my computer?
Yes, on as many of your own devices as you like. Each device keeps its own data: save a backup on one and restore it on the other.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once. Once added to your Home Screen, the app works with no connection, and the HTML file runs on its own, with no server.
Where do I find the files again?
Sign in to Etsy in a web browser, open Purchases, then choose Download Files. The Etsy app does not download digital files.
Can I get a refund?
If the app or a file does not work as described here and I cannot fix it, you get a full refund. Write to hello@kitsouk.com within 14 days of your purchase. The refund policy has the details.

How was it made?
The app and its tests were written with an AI assistant, under my direction. Before release its calculations were checked by 261 automated tests, and every screen by browser tests in the engines of Chrome, Safari and Firefox. The screenshots are of the real app with sample data; no AI image generator was used.
